- You will need a builder. At Group ARQUA, we can also build your home. Or if you already have a builder, we can be the technical team that you need without any hidden costs or surprises.
- All of this process will require documentation (deeds, registers, utility services, building log book, etc.). Group ARQUA takes care of the whole process from the beginning to the end without any extra costs.
- Group ARQUA offers the complete project option, building work and management of your “turnkey” development project.
Note: The total investment is gradual and it will increase depending on how the build progresses. A small starting investment is sufficient to cover local licenses, project costs, etc., (not including the land value). The bulk of the investment will be made through monthly payments through certified building work (you only pay for the built property), with the financial advantage, savings and security it has. If you intend to finance your project via a mortgage, the banks can arrange special financial conditions for your project, with the possibility of including in the mortgage the value of the plot, with which the initial investment will be minimised.
